Organisations, companies, and/or businesses can not become members and can not use the Service for any purpose, unless permission is granted by the owner of DiOritz.

You agree not to copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the site service, or use of the service.

If you use these links, we take no responsibility and give no guarantees, warranties or representations, implied or otherwise, for the content or accuracy of these third-party sites.

Any personal data received from customers will be used only for communication between DiOritz and a customer. DiOritz will not use this information for any other purpose. Any information DiOritz collects will not be shared or sold to any other company.

COMPLAINS AND VIOLATIONS

Please report any complains or violations to admin@dioritz.com  By terms and conditions of DiOritz, it is absolutely forbidden to use any offensive, violent, racist, porno texts and/or pictures, illegal material that would violate anyone's private or public intellectual proprietary. This will lead to immediate expulsion.
DiOritz reserves the right to modify or reject any member's profile that is not in conformity with this agreement's terms and conditions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Any paid service is at the current prices stated on our web site. DiOritz reserves the right to change these prices at any time without notice. Payment for membership, addresses or services are not cleared until we have received an authorized funding from PayPal or Gjensidige NOR, for the full amount outstanding.  All membership and services fees paid are non-refundable.

TRADEMARKS

All materials published on our pages, including logo "DiOritz" is a trademark of DIORITZ.COM. Without DiOritz prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, information or logo of DiOritz. By subscribing to DiOritz, the member accepts and agrees with all the terms and conditions contained herein.

If you want to use our service with free registration of your personal ad, you have the opportunity to announce your personal ad on our web-pages. This is a safe way to ensure your self that the ad is working and that you actually receive answers to your ad. If your want to read the incoming e-mail, or write back, you have to be a payable member of DiOritz.

Note! If you don’t answer to, or want to pay for the membership, your personal ad and your mail box will be deleted within 5 days from the day it was published without no further notification.
